Minister Shermod Cochran is a bonafide man of God who serves as the youth minister and sound ministry leader at A Place of Refuge Newnan. He is the son of Leonard and Donna Cochran, he married Kristin Cochran, the daughter of Charles Fretwell and Regina Chism on July 6, 2019. Minister Shermod is a devoted husband, son, brother, grandson and uncle who loves to spend time with his family and working with the youth. Professionally speaking, he started his career as a high school teacher and is now an assistant principal at Carrollton Elementary School. One of his favorite scriptures is Proverbs 4:7 "Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding".
